The Learning Environment

In 2023/2024 Rosary School has undergone a major redevelopment of the school site.

Our School provides 21st century contemporary learning spaces that respond flexibly to the needs of students and teachers.  The buildings include breakout spaces providing opportunities for children to work in a variety of settings that support their learning requirements.

Our landscaping changes have created green spaces to support and create opportunities for ecological awareness along with improved areas to support physical and social development of children.

There are 18 Classroom Learning Spaces at Rosary School - all are very well furbished with quality carpets, neutrally painted walls and each learning space has flexible seating arrangements to cater for 21st century learning.

Every classroom is equipped with technology that enhances the learning.

Administration Area

The main entrance to our school opens into an inviting and functional area that houses the front office of our school. The School Leadership Team, Finance, WHS and our Enrolment officer all have offices in this area. Staff facilities and a First Aid room also adjoins this area.

Specialist Areas

The school is very fortunate to have many specialist areas within our school.  There is an Italian room, Performing Arts learning space, adaptive education rooms, music tutorial rooms, Digital Technologies space and a welcoming library.

Sports Centre

Built with funding from the Australian Government's "Building the Education Revolution" initiative, the Jubilee Centre is our PE hub and OSHC facility.

Our children enjoy the space it provides, and the opportunities available for PE and just having fun!

It is also wonderful to be able to have this space available at play times and for whole school gatherings.
