Student Support

Specialised support is provided for students with special learning, physical and social needs.

Our programs include Inclusive and Adaptive Education, the Learning Assistance Program, Reading Support with Reading Doctor and a variety of early Intervention initiatives, Funastics for gross motor development and a differentiated curriculum for students with special gifts and talents.

Teachers plan for all student learning needs in providing adjustments to enable every child to access the curriculum. Teachers are often assisted by Education Support Officers to offer extra support for student learning.

Rosary School works closely with many outside specialists such as Speech Pathologists, Educational Psychologists and Occupational Therapists to support learning programs for students with particular needs.

We are fortunate to have a school counsellor and chaplain on site to assist when students need extra emotional support in times of transition, change and grief/loss.
